Terms and Conditions
• 72 hour period begins at the time of signing the sales contract and ends 72 hours later.
• Within the 72 hour period, any damage greater than normal wear and tear* of the vehicle results in an automatic termination of the return policy even if the 72 hour period has not elapsed.
• Within the 72 hour period, the car can NOT be driven more then 300 miles.
• A $250 restocking and detailing fee will be charged to the buyer for any car returned.
• The car must be physically returned to the seller within 72 hours of signing the sales agreement.
*Damage will be considered more than "Normal Wear and Tear" if the damage exceeds $250 in repair costs; to include excessive cleaning, detailing costs, paint body and mechanical damage.
